One of 141 drawings in an album of plants, whose names had been registered by a Society of Gardeners at monthly meetings held from c.1723 onwards, bound in red leather with gold tooling and lettering. Virginian Hawthorn and Virginian Azarol with red fruit. Watercolour, over graphite.
