Description

Watercolour illustration commissioned by William Roxburgh. ROX1762. In his 'Flora Indica', Roxburgh notes that this species was sent to the Botanic garden at Calcutta from Chittagong by Mr. W. M. Maddern. The drawing is on wove paper, watermarked 'RUSE & TURNERS 1805'. Roxburgh, 'Flora Indica' (1832) v.1, p.64.
