Description

Landscape with a river flowing under a bridge with a single pointed arch on the right, curving around a spit of land where three men are fishing, one reaching into a basket, with rapids on the left and rocky banks covered with trees, mountains in the background and men on the bridge; after Walmsley. 1798. Hand-coloured etching and aquatint.
