Description

Watercolour illustration commissioned by William Roxburgh. ROX95.

In his 'Flora Indica', Roxburgh describes this species as a shrub, common throughout the Circars. According to Roxburgh this species thrives in the lower, sloping barren lands, at the bottom of mountains. It flowers all the year round.
