Watercolour illustration commissioned by William Roxburgh. ROX2280.
In 'Flora Indica', Roxburgh reports that this species "grows to be a tree of considerable size in the forests of Travancore". He adds that "it flowers in February and March, and its fruit ripens in June and July".
