Inscribed, lower left: 'Wady Kardassy' [Qertassi]. Kiosk of Qertassi is pictured behind the figures. This kiosk has now been moved to the site of New Kalabsha in Southern Egypt but once stood close to the entrance to the sandstone quarries of Qertassi, now flooded by Lake Nasser (N 23.70001 E32.88501).
