Watercolour showing HM steamers Blazer and Rattler parting company with the polar expedition under the command of Sir John Franklin

Unknown, Description in contemporary hand on the reverse of the art work. The two other vessels shown would be HMS Erebus and HMS Terror of the British Naval Northwest Passage Expedition, 1845-48.
