Illustration to "A Voyage to the Pacific Ocean. in the years 1776-80" [abridged edition published by John Stockdale]: preparations for a human sacrifice watched by Captain Cook and others from the expedition; etched state with scratched artists' names. 1784. Hand-coloured etching.
