Description

North Wall, The Great Room, Somerset House, the main space of the summer exhibition of the Royal Academy of Arts; with three figures seated on bench, looking at paintings, and dog to left, paintings hung floor to ceiling on the facing wall including in the centre Sir Joshua Reynolds' 'HRH George, Prince of Wales' (Lloyd Webber Foundation). 1784. Pen and grey ink and grey wash, and watercolour.
