Description

Victor against defeated opponent; single-page drawing on a detached album folio. A victor is shown stripping the body of his defeated opponent with his horse standing nearby. The helmet, boots, sword and bow and arrow of the opponent have already been claimed by the captor and are shown deposited in front of the horse at lower left. A small band of black, red and gold borders the image. Inscribed. Ink and opaque watercolour on paper.
