Description

The aftermath of the Battle of Leipzig, or Battle of the Nations, in which the coalition of Russia, Prussia, Austria and Sweden made a decisive victory over Napoleonic France. After fierce fighting on 18th October 1813, Napoleon began to withdraw his forces in the early hours of the following day.
