Plate 11; the Old Government House; a neo-classical building decorated with classical urns on the roof and along a lower level which extends in wings to the left and right with a balustrade, forming a balcony for the main building; carriages, a line of guards and other people gathered on the grass in front. 1788. Hand-coloured etching and aquatint.
