Description

Also known as: 'Three Camels at a water trough'. Painting signed/initialled 'JAB' and dated '1874' lower left. Depicts three camels at a well/water trough and figures, goats and sheep. Old buildings/mosques/city walls in background. Similar in composition to another of JAB's paintings - 'At the Well, 1871'. Later framed, old label verso for Charles & Co, Pembridge Framers, London.
