Lithograph. Entered Stationer's Hall. View from the Esplanade looking at the terraces of Hove. In the foreground are three women talking and a small man in a top hat standing behind them. There is a man leading two donkeys pulling a carriage and the road is busy with riders and carriages. The Chain Pier can be seen in the distance.
