Puffin Island in foreground at right, crowded with puffins on the plateau; flocks of birds flying around the cliffs; four figures approaching from behind the rock at centre left; rocky island in background; within a rectangular border; illustration to Ayton's 'Voyage round Great Britain', vol. II. 1815. Aquatint with hand-colouring.
