Description
View from the street of the grand entrance into Hyde Park; crowds gather at the edge of the street watching as a horse-drawn carriage travels down the centre of the street, the man inside lifts his hat to the crowds, the carriage flanked by four men in uniform on horseback; the new Apsley House on the right. 1831. Etching, aquatint and hand-colouring on two sheets, joined.
