View of La Chaux-de-fonds at the foot of a low hill; houses and coniferous trees are scattered above the town with a church spire rising above it to the right; in the right hand foreground is a group of figures sitting on the grass, one holding a parasol, another pointing to the town. Etching and stipple with hand-colouring.
