Description

Shows the interior of Crystal Palace during The Great Exhibition. Various figures are seen and there is a fountain in the centre of the picture. Statues are present at the edges. This print gives a general view of the interior from the transept, looking east. Messrs. Osler's great glass fountain is seen in the foreground. On the right are Queen Victoria, Prince Albert, the then Prince of Wales (King Edward VII), and Princess Royal.
