Description

Fashionably dressed men ride velocipedes round a small ring sheltered by a timbered roof supported on beams. Outside the ring in the background are spectators, men and women, and a little boy. Other riders are practising outside the ring. In the foreground on the extreme right a dandy walks forward; he resembles Lord Petersham. Not a caricature. See No. 13399.
