View of Hofstetten from across Lake Thun, on which floats a paddle-steamer bearing a Swiss flag; on the bank of the lake in the left foreground is a large building and a path on which are two groups of figures in Swiss costume; a passenger boat disembarks from this bank; in the centre right background is a snowy mountain peak. Etching and aquatint with hand-colouring.
