Description

View of the harbour from the sea, with mountains flanking the strait, a large ship firing a gun as it passes a fortress at the entrance on the right, a sailing boat in front of it and mountains to either side and in the background; after Sydenham. 1812. Hand-coloured aquatint and etching.
