TWW Comment
It was the seat of the princely family of Tuhanów, of Tatar origin . From the 16th century, it was owned by the Massalski family, who took the Tuhanowski surname. In 1840 the Tuhanowicze returned to the Tuhanowski family through the wedding of Józef Zofia's daughter with Konstanty Tuhanowski. His daughter, Józefa Tuhanowska , bequeathed the property to the Minsk Agricultural Society, subject to maintaining an agricultural school here, decorated with the Order of Polonia Restituta .
During World War I the manor house and buildings were destroyed. Wikipedia
