Description

Watercolour on paper, San Georgio Maggiore, Venice. Panorama of the island of Formed with two sheets of paper. The first comprising the centre and the second cut in half and attached to the left and right edges with tape on the back. There is a paddle steamer in the foreground with the name //VENEZIA// on the wheel housing. Sailing boats and gondolas are also visible. At the bottom left of the central section and written in pencil is //S. Georgio Maggiore//.
