Coastal scene, with two women conversing on a bank next to a boat in foreground at right, carrying baskets, and a woman seated nearby; figures gathering something on the sandy beach of the bay below; buildings on the opposite shore at left, rocky mountains in background; within a rectangular border; illustration to Ayton's 'Voyage round Great Britain', vol. IV. 1820. Aquatint and some etching with hand-colouring.
