Description

Watercolour painting on paper of a sculpture in black stone of a Hindu goddess. She is shown standing upright with four arms and a tall crown on her head. She holds a mirror, a pot, a sword (?) and an unidentified object. She has jewellery at her ears and neck. At her feet are two attendants; the one of the left holds a chauri (fly-whisk) and the one of the right holds a sword (?). Above the goddess are two garland bearers. The painting is surrounded by a yellow border.
