Description
Biographical History: The Clarke brothers, Thomas and James [or John], were bushrangers who were captured at Fairfield, N.S.W. in April 1867. Thomas and John Clarke were bushrangers who were apprehended on 27 April 1867 following a shoot-out with police at Berry's hut. The hut was located on the banks of Jinden's Creek, about 60km south of Braidwood, near where the creek flows into the Shoalhaven River.
