46 leaves (incl. 2 blank) and 2 lists. Drawings chiefly of New York State in pen, graphite pencil and watercolor, the first, on 1b, marked Hornellsville (graphite pencil). Paper boards, gilded green morocco back. Medium: Watercolour over graphite, with pen and black ink, on moderately thick, dark cream wove paper.
