Scene on Skye, with five figures standing on a pier, waving at boats, facing a stretch of water crowded with sharks [?]; figures in three rowing boats and empty sailing boat at left; logs and barrels in foreground at right, running figure and moored boat behind; rocky mountains in background; within a rectangular border; illustration to Ayton's 'Voyage round Great Britain', vol. III. 1818. Aquatint and some etching with hand-colouring.
