View of Lenk; glacier in the centre background; on the valley floor to the far left is a settlement above which rises a spire; in the left hand foreground is a wooden chalet with logs outside it; a road lined with wooden fencing runs across the foreground; to the left is a pond with a water trough in it and a pile of logs on the bank; two figures walk along the road. Etching and aquatint with hand-colouring.
