Schomberg House, Pall Mall; exterior view of a large, redbrick four storey house, with a grand pilastered porch and a pediment on its central section, one wing of the house is being demolished and workmen suspend a giant dustsheet from a gantry on the roof, in the street outside are numerous people including a soldier, women with children and men in top hats, there is also a coach pulled by a white horse, and a man holding a placard advertising panoramas of the overland route to India. 1850. Watercolour with bodycolour over graphite.
