Description

Subject depicts a landscape with a town predominant on the right bank. The river has big rapids and a large bridge in the background. There are mountains in the distance and large coniferous trees in the l.l.
This image includes what appears to be a timber slide on the right bank.
Note: a label fragment from the back of a frame was found in the collection. It refers to a B.C. view, and may apply to this watercolour. The fragment reads; W. Blakeney Esw. 'Rapids' British Columbia [and] British Columbie / Entry Rapids / EPB
