Description

View of the Chateau de la Tour de Peilz on the edge of Lake Geneva to the right; beyond this are mountains and high snowy peaks in the background; in the foreground is a large boat with figures unloading cargo onto the bank; behind it on the lake is another sailing boat carrying cargo; a large tree hangs over the scene in the foreground. Etching and aquatint, printed in colour with hand-colouring.
