Description

View of a wooden chalet with two beehives on a shelve on its front; it lies on a road which runs across the foreground and rises up a hill to the left, lined with a wooden fence; a peasant walks along the road; a hill with trees on it to the left behind the chalet; behind this is a steep mountain slope with a wooded area along the top; a higher hill with a chalet to the left beyond this in the background. Etching with hand-colouring.
