Roman remains in Thames Street, a drawing of the remains discovered in January 1848, from a large collection of drawings of buildings and antiquities in London, including Roman remains in the City and interiors of many places including St. Paul's Cathedral, Southwark, the Strand, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, British Museum and Whitehall. January 9 1848. Watercolour with graphite, with touches of white, on light brown paper.
