View of the London Spa, Clerkenwell; the spring was discovered c.1685 in the gardens of the Fountain Inn; a group of figures clasp hands and dance around a central female figure with a bucket on her head; a man plays the fiddle on the right; copied from the title page of a book called "May Day, or the origin of Garden Land", from 1720.
