Description
A waterfall descending in two steps over rocks from the centre to left, surrounded by cliffs dotted with small, gnarled trees, with two figures on a wooden bridge running across the cascade from the right and sunlight slanting across the scene leaving the right foreground in shadow. 1808. Etching and aquatint printed in colour with additional hand-colouring.

Lettered below the image with the title, incorporated into a dedication from the engravers to the Earl of Derby and "From a Painting in Water Colours by Walmsley. / Engraved by Jukes & Sarjent / London Published April 16. 1808. by Jukes & Sarjent No. 10 Howland Street'
