Description

Flower study with bird; single-page painting mounted on album folio. Yellow bird with blue front and red head perched on a branch with several pink blossoms and two insects flying around. Inscribed. Album contains 26 portraits and flower studies. Ink and opaque watercolour on paper. Album bound with leather, with gold gilt trim decorating front cover, spine and edges of pages.
