Description

Watercolour drawing by Thomas Rowlandson showing one woman and two men sitting below deck on the Lymington passage boat. Isle of Wight Tour 1791. 'Inscribed 'Webster' on the boat interior and with pen and ink italic inscription 'Cabin Scene' lower centre on the mount. Pencil, pen and grey ink and watercolour on a grey wash-line mount.
