Lettered with names of designer and engraver, title, inscription in French organized in four columns (oaths pronounced by the King and the Nation, and inscriptions engraved on the monuments), and publication addresses: "à Paris, au Cabinet Littéraire rue St. Honoré Coin du Cul de Sac de l'Oratoire" and "chez Md. de la Grye Md. de Papier rue de Marivaux près la Comédie Italienne."
