A small village on a ridge of land running into the sea, forming a bay on the left where several sailing ships and other boats are sailing, with a shepherd and his dog watching sheep in the right foreground and mountainous shores further off; with a rectangular border; illustration to Ayton's 'Voyage round Great Britain', vol. IV. 1819. Colour aquatint with hand-colouring.
