An assembly in a classic hall with an organ, columns, portraits, skylights; two speakers at the stand in the left middle distance on a stage; a man standing in the centre reading a paper; a large number of men listening in the stage, stall, balconies; after Uwins; proof. 1819. Hand-coloured aquatint with etching.
