Buckland Grange is still standing today. In 1851, Mr Alleyne Cox Yard lived at Buckland Grange. He as a West India Proprietor, born in Barbados, with his wife Henrietta and two children. In 1858 Alleyne died and his widow continued to live at Buckland Grange until the mid-1800’s. She let the house out when not in residence, in one case to the Count and Countess Stroganoff in June 1860. Thomas Lindall Winthrop of Boston was the next owner of the house. His interest in Horticulture led him to win various prizes for his roses and on occasion he opened the grounds at Buckland Grange to the general public. In 1905, the house was let to Major Hugh Daly and by 1920 Thomas Lindall Winthrop had died. For more information, see here: https://rshg.org.uk/2020/06/ryde-architecture-38/
