Three men standing in the centre, one of them looking at the spring on the right, the other two talking; a village with a gothic church tower in the left background; after Farington; plate 1 to the first volume of "A History of the River Thames" within 'A History of the Principal Rivers of Great Britain' (1794). 1793. Hand-coloured etching with aquatint.
