View of a stone bridge with two arcs over a river, with people crossing on a horseback, in a horse-drawn carriage and by foot. Aquatint and engraving with hand colouring.

Inscription

Lettered with the title ; "von Herrn Haltinner aus Altstaetten verfertigt. Ihre Größe betrægt 590 Fuß in der Lange, 83 Fuß in der Höhe von dem Bette des Flußes an gerechnet, und 27 in der Breite. Man hat absichtlich die alte Brücke noch gezeichnet, um dadurch de Contrast desto deutlicher zu zeigen."; "gezeichnet v. J. J. Biderman" and "gestochen von F. Hegi."
