Description

Mounted on page 26 of H.J. Moule "In France 1857". Church 'of Romanesque origin' with a tall spire. The church is surrounded by gravestones and is at a crossroads, roads continue to either side of the churchyard. In the foreground two women and a child are in coversation. Inscriptions: [on mount bottom left] "March 21" / [on image bottom right] "Sartrouville" / [on mount bottom right] "Sketch".
