Description

* The Grotto at Posillipo (Virgiliano Park in Piedigrotta, Naples) also known as the Crypta Neapolitana is an ancient Roman road tunnel, built in 37 BC. According to mediaeval legend, the tunnel was built by the poet Virgil in a single night.
