Portrait of King William III in the Robes of the Garter; whole-length, standing to front, his right elbow on a pedestal and left hand slightly raised, wearing a tall hat of ostrich plumes, interior of a classical building behind with a curtain at left. Watercolour and bodycolour, heightened with white and gold.
