Swansea Market; busy market scene, with to right, covered colonnaded area, behind, shops, a tavern (?), and a bank, in front, a wild boar tethered by his leg with his owner behind, overturns a laden table with man sitting at it, and a woman side-steps in anger, to the left, a couple stand in front of a butcher stall in conversation with the butcher, in the background, to left, three men sell wares from a platform, and several other exchanges occur throughout the scene, with buildings in background. 1793.
